Last Updated: 2026

Welcome to Rony Elsayed, Arizona Fine Homes LLC. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of This Website

This website is operated by a licensed real estate professional to provide information about real estate listings, market data, and related services. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes to search for properties, request information, and communicate with the agent.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation of this site.

2. Property Listings and MLS Data

Property listing data displayed on this site is provided by the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and IDX data feeds. While we strive to ensure accuracy, all listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Listing data may not reflect the most current status of a property.

You should independently verify all information before making any real estate decisions.

3. Registration and Account

Certain features of this site may require you to register and provide personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information. Registration alone does not enroll you in recurring marketing text messages.

4. Lead Capture and Contact Forms

When you submit information through any form on this site, you are requesting to be contacted by a licensed real estate professional regarding your inquiry.

5. Communications Consent

Recurring marketing text messages are optional. You provide prior express written consent only when you affirmatively select an unchecked SMS consent box or otherwise make an explicit text-message request. A one-time account verification text does not enroll you in recurring marketing messages.

If you opt in, messages may include property updates and related real estate information sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property or receiving service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Rony Elsayed, Arizona Fine Homes LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all information provided herein are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Rony Elsayed, Arizona Fine Homes LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.
